FORM Gym Membership is a portfolio application foundation built around the key daily workflows of its industry. It establishes the information architecture, navigation and responsive interaction model for future feature development.

The current version includes relevant performance indicators, searchable records, status filters, quick-add behaviour and recent activity. Desktop users receive a spacious operational workspace, while mobile and tablet users receive an app-like layout with touch-friendly navigation.

This foundation is ready to be enhanced one module at a time with deeper workflows, authentication, persistence and integrations.
